hooked on books

On Thursday we went to hooked on books and saw lots of nice pictures. In the gallery there was a  Dinosaur  area where you could paint draw and do  lots of other stuff. Before we got there we got booklets and had to do an Activity in it.  Some of them were realy cool. We read some really good books with the best pictures. It was realy fun and i hope we can go back again. There was one picture that was my favourite it was called the child and Lorikeets in a tree I liked it because all the colours on it was so butifull. It was so fun I am so going back there soon.

week 3

we learnt about onomatopoeia it means sounds and things you see. I think it was quite difficult          I think my poem was really good.We have also been practicing our times table.

my holiday

  

On my holiday I went to Cairns and Port Douglas. When we were in Cairns we went around looking at shops. Then we went for a long drive to Port Douglas. When we got there we went to our unit, it was really nice. Then in the morning we went for a walk on the beach after that we went for a swim and then built a big carstle .then we hired a iner tub it was realy fun.
